The Best Christian Workplaces Institute has released its results for the best Christian-based organizations for which to work.
Organizations participated in an employee engagement survey, which covered a range of issues: job satisfaction, commitment, Christian witness, supervisory effectiveness, work satisfaction, personal growth and development, management effectiveness, customer/supporter satisfaction, teamwork, communications and pay and benefits. Employees answered more than 50 questions addressing these topics, rating each statement on a scale from one to five.
“We salute this year’s Best Christian Workplaces for their intentional efforts to nurture organizational culture that reflects Christian values; especially in a difficult economy,” said Al Lopus, president of BCWI. “One benefit of a healthy organizational culture is that it translates to meaningful ministry growth, based on our research.”
